Just visited the local NT site to complete my C25K (it was packed with folk enjoying the spring sunshine, the flowers and time away from the news - which I was in danger of becoming addicted to.
Will make a point of running 3 times a week in the fresh air to maintain this new level of fitness and and positivity. Will need to work on speed though ~ you never know I may even have to change my username to Mad March Hare.
Good luck to all fellow runners, stick with the programme, smile and enjoy - it is brilliant. Thank you to all the admin team for your dedication to fitness and your support and advice throughout 💐

Congratulations TortoiseTrail , that’s a fantastic achievement and one to be very proud of. It’s been a beautiful day for running today and should’ve been a run day for me but life has got in the way so it will have to wait until tomorrow when I too can run away from the news!!! Don’t worry about your speed, there’s no pressure at all, just enjoy being outside and making the most of your new found ability...well done
Congratulations to you TortoiseTrail on graduating and completing C25K, to get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username follow the link from Buddy34, well done 😀 🏃🏾 🎓
