Good morning....

First off I want to thank all the people here that have given me some great advice.

I went out Friday and followed all the advice on breathing and slowing down

AND I completed the whole W1 R3 without any stops :)

I have decided to rerun the R3 again today and if I complete it 100% I will move onto W2 R1 next week

I have started my C25K as one person BUT I now feel I have a load of supportive people in my head as I am running, so I want to thank everyone for there kind words and advice and please keep them coming through my journey ...... :)

A huge well done on competing week 1 run 3. I can absolutely understand how satisfying a feeling it is. I competed the same run this morning, and you're so right about the friendly advice and support on here.

Well done you! You should be feeling really proud of your efforts. I know exactly what you mean about feeling that you have a load of supportive people in your head as you run, it's great, isn't it? Happy running! :)

Well done! You've done really well, and the confidence that you were able to do that even though it was hard will help you through the next weeks, too :-)

Well done on getting through W1! Those first few runs really are the hardest - it does get easier as the programme goes along when your body gives up the protest and you learn to ignore the gremlins telling you that you can't.

This forum is amazing, simply the best place on the internet, full of incredible inspirational people. It's definitely what got me through the programme and, if you stick with us, you will get through it too!

Let me suggest that you give W1R2 a try as your next run? At the end of every week we all feel that it's a big jump and that it can't be done. It can! Each week prepares you for the next. If you want to repeat a run for your confidence then that's ok but you don't need to repeat unless you don't complete a run. Remember to go slowly and give it a go, you will probably surprise yourself!

Very well done to you! Your running journey has just started but following the C25k programme is one of the best decisions you will ever make. :)
