Just finished my w1 r3 this morning. Wish me luck for the w2. It comes after my rest day. Wish me luck am wanting to do the Movember 5k in October hoping the program gets me there, am starting a little over weight but totally out of shape. Good luck everyone else x

Well done on getting started, you should get there as long as you take it slow. No injuries you'll work up to it fine.
Thank you everyone, my 14 yr old step son is doing it as well but been 20yrs younger than me isn't really struggling. In fact we run alternate days as I know I couldn't keep up with him yet so run on our own then compare the results. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for w2 r1 tomorrow π Thanks everyone trust the programme, trust the programme.
