Week 1, Run 3 complete!

Attempted this a couple of days ago but my headphones died on me, half way round! Decided to re-do this tonight. Bottoms of legs are so achy! Set myself a reminder to stretch properly before going next time as I have just been doing the warm up/warm down walks and nothing else.

Pity about your 🎧 headphones dying on you SD2019

Perhaps the reason for the bottom of your legs being achy is that you have not been doing enough stretching, yes you have done the correct thing on reminding yourself to do stretching before your next run.

Yeah will make sure to keep them charged up going forward! :) hopefully the stretching will help!

I do these stretches after each run - if I forget, I ache a lot the following day!
