So I went to bed feeling positive for this one, I was looking forward to getting it done π
However I woke up to what sounded like a gale outside, had a peep out the window and low and behold the rain was coming down and trees looked like they had lost the will to live π
This wasnβt going to stop me, shorts on, shoes on and out the door π¬
I was wondering what Iβm doing as Iβm starting my warm up walk while the wind was giving me a beating π
The weather may have been testing me but actually it wasnβt to bad, I got it done with a greater sense of achievement given the conditions π
Bring on week 2 πππ

Thank you π I havenβt had the pleasure of a hot run yet so time will tell π the soggy ones arenβt to bad, my first run was a wet one so I guess it was only fitting the first week ended the same π
Very determined, had a bit of wake up call handed to me, which has kicked me into action, which Iβm really enjoying π
Hahaha I avoid the hot ones like the plaque. It only intensifies the beetroot look π€£
Nothing like a wake up call to get you going π Mine was the 40's hitting and holding back the years for as long as I could lol! Good for you for doing something about it π
π donβt fancy looking like a beetroot,, the huffing and puffing is bad enough π going to try and stick to early morning runs π
Mine happened at 41, it could turn out to be the best thing to happen me, time will tell π it made me do some self assessing and make some adjustments in my life one of them is to be a lot healthier than I was. Hence the running π
I think change is a good thing alot of the time. Everything happens for a reason and all that. A chance to be how you want to be can only be a plus ππ
