Just finished Week 3 Run 1... The day off helped a lot although I did feel a bit tight near my hamstrings after the first run I loosened up.

Quite surprised when Laura said that I had finished the runs and had to warm down....I can feel the change in my body and recovery has increased....roll on Monday for run 2 !!

Yes what a buzz!! Can't want until Monday to do run 2 working nights next week so I am hoping to do Week 3 during this period.... ;-)

Does working nights affect your sleep/energy levels? I've never had to do shift work, but if I am going through an insomniac period it throws me all over the place!

no I will be doing the runs early.... between 5-7 am, plenty time to get a nap :-)
