Run 1 week 3 complete!
Chuffed to bits that I can run for 3 minutes straight 🏃🏻♀️💪 -probably sounds stupid to a lot of people😆
Well done!! It doesn’t sound stupid.... it’s a real achievement....and you will go from strength to strength!! Keep going dech!

Be proud of your achievement........... this is a big deal and a life changer.
Enjoy your journey.
Doesn’t sound stupid at all, I couldn’t run even to the bottom of the road (and it’s a short road) before I started. 👍
Nope, not silly at all!! You got out there and ran so well run you 👍🏻
Congratulations, of course its not stupid, well done, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 3
I’m currently on week 7 but remember that relief of running 3 minutes all too well 😅 the thing I find best is...the more you progress, I promise you’ll look back and laugh at the dread of running 90 seconds etc. Good luck!!
Thanks! I really hope so
Well done 😊x just coming to the end of week 1 and I can sincerely understand that x but I am feeling good for getting out and making the effort x
It doesn’t sound stupid at all! Pretty much everyone who has been doing this can relate to the achievement. And the good news is, the achievements and milestones just keep coming. Well done 🙂
Not at all! We have ALL been there! Well done 👍
Well done you! I’m having my first run in week 3 tomorrow and am very nervous about it. I can do this, I can do this! 😁
You definitely can 😃🏃🏻♀️
Well done you 🎉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Not stupid at all, big achievement if you've never run either before or for a looooong time. Good luck with the rest of the programme 🍀
It’s not at all, I did it today too and now feeling much more positive about what’s to come! (my calves did start to hurt towards the end though!).
Thank you everyone! X
Well done and it's excellent I can't wait to run for 3 minutes, next week.
Good luck 😊
