Just completed my first run , am sure I was passed by a couple of lampposts but kept reminding myself that every fit runner that I saw started somewhere 😳

YEAH! NICE ONE!!! just completed week 3 run 1 and never thought id make it this far btu it REALLY does get easier now that 60 seconds feels like nothing whilstin week 1 i wanted to die at the end

Hey yeah I did my first run today too. Felt like those 60 seconds running were lasting forever!! It's a start and like you said every runner started somewhere!

Great job... the hardest steps are those to the start line. Run one isn’t easy as pacing is an unknown... slow running is better for this plan than fast running, you’ll be a better runner because of it... established runners, even the pros, run at the slow end of their range the vast majority of the time. Enjoy the next one.
