YEAH! NICE ONE!!! just completed week 3 run 1 and never thought id make it this far btu it REALLY does get easier now that 60 seconds feels like nothing whilstin week 1 i wanted to die at the end

Hey yeah I did my first run today too. Felt like those 60 seconds running were lasting forever!! It's a start and like you said every runner started somewhere!
My first too! Wanted to give up during first 60 second run, but feeling really pleased now. Can't believe I might be able to run for 2 minutes soon..!

Great job... the hardest steps are those to the start line. Run one isnβt easy as pacing is an unknown... slow running is better for this plan than fast running, youβll be a better runner because of it... established runners, even the pros, run at the slow end of their range the vast majority of the time. Enjoy the next one.
