I did it!! I did it! I did it!!
Last week I went back to W5 R1 and I struggled so much, I completed it but I bent over and grabbed my knees when I heard Laura saying that it was over.
This morning I walked for 1 and 1/2 hrs running errands and I came back pretty tired. I didn't think I'd run today, but around 5:30 I just went for it.
I took a very tiny bottle with coconut water just in case and this time I tried to hold a conversation (with nobody LOL) when I was jogging, that's how I managed to pace myself.
I was SO HAPPY at times I had to stop myself from jumping.
I did it!
