I managed to do all of my 60 second runs and didn't pass out in the process :)))
AND I enjoyed myself! My jog is slower than my walk but I'm hoping that i'll speed up a bit as I get fitter.

Well done pvintage! Don't worry about speed - that will come in its own good time as you progress. The main thing is actually getting out and doing it. And enjoying doing it!!

Well done! That's a great start. In my first run, I only managed 5 of the intervals,oops!
