W2, R1 - DON'T GIVE UP, IT WORKS!!

Wow. I'm writing this from a bench looking at the sea, feeling bloody amazing.

After completing W1, R3 last week, I was quite nervous about this run. I was advised to repeat a few runs from W1 to build my stamina more. I thought stuff it, let's give it a go.

I REALLY DID IT. WITHOUT STOPPING. I definitely felt it more in my legs, but I've really managed to get this breathing sussed, and I pushed through, and I completed run 1 of week 2. Considering I could hardly do W1, R1, I am so amazed at how quickly this really does boost your fitness in such a short time.

I know I have a long way till running 5k, but I just wanted to say to all the people starting out, do it. Push yourself. You will be flabbergasted at how your body changes and adapts.

NB: I'm doing slimming world alongside, and I lost 5lbs this week πŸ’ͺπŸ₯°πŸ˜ GO TEAM!

Hey. It almost just came to me, but make a real conscious effort to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, and in 3-4secs if you can, not sharp. I think as you gain fitness it comes easier xx
