WEEK 1 DONE

So why do I feel half dead? Really struggled in the breeze this morning but I still managed to do the runs. (Took my inhaler before I started had to use it once during)

What has week 2 got in store for me? Can I go back to week 1 if I can’t do it? The pup is loving it

You can repeat any weeks if you didn’t complete the runs. But if you got through it you should be okay to go onto week 2. Just take it nice and slow. Good luck and oh wow that pup is so cute !

How long are the runs in week 2. I know 60 seconds isn’t very long but sometimes it feels like it is especially the last couple. Thank you.

You can click on any run in the app and see how long it is. Not sure about podcasts.

You get bad days but mostly good days. No problem repeating a week but don’t be concerned about moving on either. Just do it and see how you get on. Oh, and slow up!

And your dog is SO cute! 😃

Well done for completing week 1 😊

I personally found every run hard, but this programme does work - every run you complete sets you up for the next one.

Just keep it slow (you can always go slower, honestly, give it a try!)

You can do this!!

Well done! The dog seems very happy :-)

The runs in week 2 are 1,5minutes. I think it depends if you would rather push yourself or if managing the first run more comfortably works better for you. You dont even have to do the first week again entirely, you could just do one or 2 more on that pattern.

I just started yesterday and also thought while I was doing it that I might have to repeat week 1.

Anything you decide will be the right decision.

Well done!

Well done.

Each run prepares you for the next one.......if you complete, then you are ready.

Have an extra day between runs if you need more recovery time.

There is a link in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... to a spreadsheet breakdown of the runs in each week.

Remember, you are in control.....do it your way.

I also need an inhaler - my advice is to not forget to take a puff before you go! Week 2 is fine - you need to tell yourself you can do it and then you will .......Good Luck
