My hubby loves running and said Iβd get to love it after a few weeks hmmm Iβve not fallen yet lol. But stay with it even after a few short weeks youβll find you can do things you couldnβt. Iβm approx 5st over weight and very unfit and by week 3 I could walk from town to my hubbyβs works carpark in one go where as before Iβd have to stop half way and have a rest. I also used to suffer with my calves locking if I walked too far too fast now that has stopped happening. Keep going hun you can do it, itβs mind over matter.
