W5r3 very worried about this one but i will give it my all tomorrow. Seen post that people have repeated this as it very hard 😣😣😣

Hi TK00,

I was really worried about it too, it seemed to loom over last week! :) and although it was hard, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Trust the programme, don't go too fast and you will surprise yourself. The way that the programme prepares you for it is great. I am definitely a non runner surprising myself every time I go out. You CAN do it!

You’ll do great ! Don’t read the posts that say it’s hard... take it slow and steady, don’t rush and you’ll be fine. Hey I did it, so anyone can! I’m looking forward to w6r3 this week ... bring it on, w5r3 taught me I can do anything if I set my mind to it 😁πŸ€ͺ

I only redone my first run as I did it just before Christmas so wanted to do it properly
