I was really worried about it too, it seemed to loom over last week! and although it was hard, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Trust the programme, don't go too fast and you will surprise yourself. The way that the programme prepares you for it is great. I am definitely a non runner surprising myself every time I go out. You CAN do it!
