I have been consolidating after completing the C25K a couple of weeks ago. I have been doing 32-33 minute runs with 5 minute walks before and after and managed 2 runs in the first week and just completed my second this week. I ran for a bit longer today (39 mins) and hit 6k which felt great. I feel I need a new program to keep the discipline and keep extending time and distance and maybe do a 10K in late March. Any suggestions for a similar program to C25K I can follow?
