I actually ran for 8 minutes straight... TWICE!! I’m so proud of myself ☺️. Got the big 20 minute run on Saturday, very nervous but after reading all these comments and surprising myself every week gives me so much confidence! BRING IT ON! 🏃🏻‍♀️

Well done! The 20 minute run isn't as bad as you'd think. You get into a comfortable groove and your coach keeps you informed of how well you're doing. Good luck 😄

Brilliant! Run 3 is fine: in fact, week 5 was my favourite and was a real turning point for me. You will be fine: enjoy it!

I remember feeling that jump to 20 minutes must be a mistake, but it really will happen. I promise. Take the pace really steady and don't overthink it. Just keep on keeping on and before you know it, you'll be on week 6. Go Kitkat!
