I did it today and found it much better than w5r2, don’t get me wrong it’s hard but I wanted to give up after w5r2 ! Good luck 👍🏼

W5R3 is actually the shortest workout since W3.

This breakdown explains it all healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Relax and enjoy the glorious......not infamous.......run.

I loved it. Not so hard after the other W5 runs. Simply take it easy, start off slowly and try not to think ahead.

Don't be worried about W5R3. You've done longer workouts already.

Pretty much everyone who's done it has been pleasantly surprised how well it's gone.

I found it much, much easier than week 6 run 1!

It may sound odd but it’s the only run where my body sort of settled into it, after about 10 minutes or so.

Don’t listen to the little voices that tell you you can’t do it, and don’t build it up into something insurmountable in your head.

Just take it really slow and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment when you smash it!

I did it yesterday. I didn't think there was anyway I would be able to do it. Once I got over the first km or so I settled into a pace and honestly felt fine. I actually did a minute and a half extra to make my run up to 3k. I couldn't believe it! It's do-able - go for it! Just start off slow until you settle into a pace and you'll be fine 👍

Well done ! I’m just in from wk5 R2 and should be Sunday for me too .

Weirdly I found the first 8mins today flew by but second not so much 🤷🏼‍♀️

They say we can do it so maybe we can 🤷🏼‍♀️✨🙏

Once I'd done the first and second run I realised it was just mind over matter to get the third run done. Slow and steady wins the race! You'll do it and you'll feel amazing after! 😁
