I can't believe I've managed to run 2 x 8 minutes- I'm so proud of myself! I'm excited but nervouse about run 3. I'm not sure if I should carry on with Laura or ditch her in favour of my own music as 20 minutes is quite a long time. What does everyone think? Also is the transition from W5R2 difficult because it seems like quite a big step up?

Well done for your progress so far. Personally I was scared to ditch Laura too soon, I kept with her until week 8. A few people on here did leave Laura earlier on and, if I remember, missed her quite a lot! Try it and let us know how it goes. Best wishes!
I'm just about to don my running shoes and waterproofs to do my W5R2 today and am so nervous! Well done for completing it! Let me know how R3 goes! (I can't even bear to think about that one yet!)

I did it!! You're right, it's actually quite nice not having to stop and start. It was surprising when I heard Laura say I was halfway through - I thought I'd only been running a couple of minutes! The big R3 on Friday then! Good luck!
I'm in week 7 and have just stopped using a podcast (was doing a different one from Laura). I think once you've stopped the stop starting ones it might be time to stop using a podcast, especially if you have music you'd prefer to run to
