Wet sand run.. oops!

Hit Watergate beach today for Week7 Run1 and had to navigate around lots of pools and wet sand. Completed 25 mins okay but won't make that mistake again - I feel I'm still at the 'just run with high concentration' stage at the moment. 😀

You kind of have to decide what your goal is. If it's sticking to the C25K program then that's a hard run surface, but once you've completed the program you an do exploring runs if you find it fun!

I was expecting to find enough firm sand to run on. I think 25 mins of non stop weaving about achieved the run. Certainly felt nackered by the end of it. 😀

Certainly good for your fitness. Sounds like hard work to me!
