Will be doing week 5 run 3 tonight and can't say I'm overly confident as found w5r2 really HARD. I know it's a mental game now if anyone has any tips to keep focused I would greatly appreciate it.

Just take your time run really slow and you will do it sometimes looking at the next run can be daunting but you'll be amazed how well you can do good luck 😊
I felt the same going into my W5R3 but, as the podcast points out, the challenges are largely mental now. Your 14 or so runs up to this point have prepared you physically. I found listening to something, podcast or music, helps me focus. Or certainly helps the time pass. You got this!
