OMG I’m ecstatic!! 20 mins non stop I love you all I never thought this was possible!
I was to do it yesterday but due to work commitments I had to delay it until tonight
My 1st evening run which I did enjoy so no more excuses if I get delayed in the mornings I will be out at night Did I tell you I love you all??? Oh I did but I do!!! 😘😘

Omg yes I doubted myself as soon as I knew how long I had to keep going halfway through I wanted once again to kill Laura then I had a thought of oh maybe I can do this!! Woohoo I’m well chuffed and I smiled all the way back to the car and people passing must have thought I was a lunatic! 😊
Yeah - I must be a loonatic too then You should have seen my smile on completing Week 7, it would hardly fit through the door
