Well done for starting this fabulous programme! 👏👏 You won’t regret it.
My tips would be to follow it to the letter - no running for longer than it says for each run and definitely no missing the all important rest days.
Also (and you’ll hear this time and time again), take each run sloooow and steady. If you find you’re struggling, try to avoid walking if at all possible, but slow down even more. There’s no such thing as too slow! 🐌 👍
Most of all, have a blast! You can do it. 💪 Post on here to let us know how you’re doing, ask questions, grumble (unlikely!), anything!
