Did W1 D1 this morning,I have lost just over 2 st in last few months and want to improve my fitness . Have been walking 3 times a week and have wanted to try running for many years .Feeling determined ,fingers crossed I can keep it going.😊

Yes Kate started last September and lost 3 1/2 st but got really stuck but this running and the support of this group has been a great motivator, and honistly you will be at wk 5 before you know it and loving it, never in a million years did I think I could do.it so if I can anyone can it's a brill plan one run at a time good luck and keep running or a slow jog lol xx angela

Well done both on the weight loss and starting the programme, i have completed the programme before and struggled so this time i took a different approach, like you i lost a bit of weight and started walking i built it up to 5/6 days week and 4/5 miles distance the programme has been so much easier this time so good luck and enjoy
