Welcome to you ! Be warned, though, that initially you may well not actually lose any weight, unless you’re also following a healthy eating plan. This programme turns fat into muscle and muscle is heavier than fat, so your weight may actually increase. However you will become fitter and more toned, so you’ll LOOK lighter ! Muscle also burns calories quicker than fat, so it’ll all even out in the end. Happy running 😀

Welcome. Good luck with the weight loss. Running may not deliver that, but will tone you up and give you more fitness for other exercises, not to mention the health benefits. Shedding pounds generally needs nutritional change. Enjoy your running journey, you can do this.
