Starting week 4 today and though math wasn’t ever a strong point, I’m pretty sure there has been a heavy addition to the minutes I now jog in a row 🤭
🤞 I stay strong 🏃🏼♀️

Well, it’s gone up a little... you’re ready for it though... and less walking in this colder weather has to be a good thing right? Slow and steady running... you can do this!
Just about to start week 4 myself and you’re right: the running almost doubles, from 9 to 16 minutes. That doesn’t mean we can’t do it though ! When I started this I couldn’t jog 20 seconds without turning purple and having near heart attack experiences, and now I can jog (just) for 3 minutes, so it’s working. My approach is just to keep repeating and gradually building up until I can do the full three runs consecutively. We can do this ! X
I finished w4 today. If you’ve managed the last 3 weeks then you’re ready for week 4. Last week I posted an almost identical post as yours. Go out believing you can do it, take it really slow and you’ll be fine. 🏃♀️🏃♀️
Thanks, am happy I got through it and look forward to it getting easier on the next two 👌🏻 good luck in week 5
Well done, you can do this!! Thanks, as I desperately want to start w6 on Christmas Day, I’m doing w5 Monday, Wednesday and Friday!! That way if I have to repeat r3, I’m sure I won’t (that’s me trying to be positive haha), then I have the Sunday to rerun it and still start w6 Christmas Day! Well that’s my plan! 🤣🏃♀️🤣🏃♀️
You’re so organised! It’s impressive. I may need to rethink how I do mine. I’ve been going every second to third day (depending on body ache) and just either getting to pick morning or evening times depending on work but if I planned it I could then feel awesome on Christmas Day (or out of breath...maybe both those feelings). 🧐🏃🏼♀️👌🏻
