Goodbye Week 4 , just done Run 3, really looking forward to starting Week 5 on Saturday. Cant believe Ive come this far, feeling very chuffed tonight, tired but very chuffed ! :-) xx

Great stuff; well done! :-) I'm on week five now and I must inform you that if you feel chuffed now, wait while you start W5: the chuffedness feeling multiples by quite an amount! Good luck for Saturday!

I'm enjoying Week Five so far! Run Two was great, though the second eight minute run took some getting through toward the end, but the sense of achievement was fantastic; Run Three in the morning! Relax, enjoy yourself and remember that you CAN do it! Pace yourself and you'll be absolutely fine. :-)

She is still mine! I still listen to the W9 podcast on my 5K even though I warm up before it still takes me the full podcast! x

Well done for completing week 4 - you've earned the right to feel chuffed. Don't worry about W5 it's nowhere near as bad as some people think. It's very achievable. Keep calm, take it steady and you will win through, no probs. Good luck with the first run of W5 and best wishes.

Well done!!! Good luck starting Week 5. I have my final run week 4 on Monday or Tuesday then facing the big 8 mins!! Let me know how it goes!!
