Week 4 completed :) I am very happy :D

Very nice midday run :) One extra rest day made some miracle changes. Probably long sleep helped as well, in the end muscles are made in bed :)

Sun was shining straight to my eyes, making everything brighter and with this "holy" areolas. I was going nice and steady. I managed to pace myself very good after first 3 minute run, when my body was in process of switching from lazy to jogging. Yes, I think today I was properly jogging :)

At the end of the last run, my dog decided that I should finish strong with some sprint, as she went full speed to a father with 2 children playing frisby (I think). I managed :)

Thank you all for yesterday support. Without you, my morale would be very low.

Happy running everybody! Remember, be gentle to yourself and sometimes an extra day is exactly what your body needs :)

Great job. I don’t need to come and get you tomorrow then 😂

No, I was too afraid :P

But seriously, thank you. I am sure you would somehow show up on my doormat or next to my bed dragging me out in my trainers ;)

Yeah, could have taken a while as I did ever increasing circles from my house but I’d have got there eventually 😂

I'm so pleased Iga :) was watching out for a post like this, after yesterday. Never doubt your tenacity :)

It wasn't easy to get out. I woke up later, and groceries occured to be tiring due to loads of people in the Sainsbury's. So I took another XX minutes to get myself together and push myself out the door. My doggie got so excited when I was getting ready that I didn't have the heart to leave her behind. She behaved very well :) So it made the run more pleasurable. I am so so happy that I went out, that I took my dog, that I started C25K, that I joined this forum with so many amazing people :)

Yeah!!!!!! So pleased for you! And a big well done! Even the dog is telling you, you can do things you don’t think you can!!! Well done doggie!

Muscles are made in bed-I love that!

It is very popular quote about importance of rest: "Muscles are torn in the gym, fed in the kitchen, and built in bed".

My doggie is a huge black optimistic motivator. So many times I felt sluggish and lazy, and then I see this pure happiness of going out and having fun, running around, and spending time together doing something together. I've noticed that my bond with her got stronger since I started to run with her :)

Running is giving me more than I expected <3

Well done for getting out there and beating week 4 IgaT. So great to see you’re happy with your run and it’s lovely that you feel you have a stronger bond with your dog 🐕

Now for week 5 😀

I know many people get really anxious before W5R3, I just cannot wait to show myself that I can do it! I know programme is preparing our bodies well, now we need to conquer our minds ;)
