Just finished Wk 4 R3 struggled more on this one than any other but didn't stop , really hoping I can complete this programme, someday you just feel so sluggish and others you feel so light and strong . But going to keep at it , in sure week 5 will present its challenges

Well done.

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

As a runner you need to drink 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

Just done the same set week 5 next. Feel exactly the same. I'm struggling with hydrating enough been using sis hydro tabs pre run, made a huge difference for cramping In general.

I guess if we're new to this its all about the adapting to new challenges. I feel broken during the run. But the buzz when finished and seeing progress is the proof.

Hats off to you...brilliant!⭐ I've just done WK4 R1 .....keep pushing the 20 mins to the back of my mind...it a mixture of fear and loathing with determination and the spirit of challenge. Can and can't wait😆
