I can’t believe it - not only have a completed the app, I actually managed the 5K, something which until the last couple of months was something that seemed impossible! I’ve finally come to the end of the C25K runs and what a journey it has been.
Before starting, you could often catch me saying things like ‘I don’t have the body type for running’ or ‘I just don’t have the endurance for running for a long time’. How wrong I was!! If there’s anything that I’ve learnt from this forum it’s that, with the right mindset and determination, anyone can be a runner.
I can’t tell you all how much seeing other people’s stories has helped me along the way and I would have never guessed that 9 weeks down the line, I’d be able to call myself a graduate.
Of COURSE, of all days Strava has decided to play up and somehow managed to delete my progress from today - but thankfully I checked as soon as the half an hour was up🤦🏻♀️

Huge congratulations rff! And to do 5k as well - most of us don’t manage that so feel even more chuffed with yourself! On to those consolidation runs now! 👏👏👏🏆
