Week 2 completed HELP

Next stop week 3! Still going strong , breathing is under control however my shins or muscles around there are hurting quite a lot , anybody got any help with how I deal with it ? Will it eat better ?

Watching with interest .... just done w2, r1 and have had sore shins during every run so far. Seems to wear off quickly enough afterwards to just a dull ache.

I’m the same ! Doesn’t bother me after just dull ache but soon as I run 😔

Warm up really well, try to land lightly and stretch well after each and every run :)

Slow down a tad... and although it may not get easier... you, get stronger with every run:)
