OK trying again - I've done w9 runs week 1 and 2 before so i guess technically I could claim that I've graduated because I did w9r1 again today! For some reason I have decided that to graduate, I want to run for 30 minutes 3 times in one week - my two previous attempts at this have ended firstly due to a foot injury and secondly due to a heavy cold - also I wanted to graduate at Parkrun
So today I redid w9r1 albeit at the tail end of the heavy cold - it was hard because of the break and the cold but I managed it thanks to the encouragement of Jo W. I've decided to postpone my Parkrun until the New Year after I have graduated - just want to get this thing done now and claim my shiny new "graduate" badge
