Oh! Me and Julie so enjoyed w9r1 completed every morsel of each step , couldn't believe I ran 30 minutes non stop didn't even falter. The evening was lovely and warm my body loves running in warmer weather I've had the best run, I doubt if I started this podcast after new year I would I've make it.

Two more runs to go, I want to graduate this week/month.

  • Sounds good πŸ˜€

  • Not long now - graduation awaits πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

  • Oh wow, we'd better check under the tree for some extra crates of bubbly.... Go you! (and Julie) ;)

  • Impressed that you could run, & enjoy it, in this heat. Me, I much prefer it cooler. That graduation badge is glinting in the near distance :-)

  • Well done 😎

  • Wahay! Sounds brilliant. Not having to stop is a good marker of where you are in fitness terms.

No rush though. All good things come to those who run steadily. Slow running builds running legs remember

It's lovely running in warmer weather. Scorchio not so good but we can run earlier or later in the day can't we. Although my hottest evening run post 8.00 pm has been 29 degrees, and that's in North Derbyshire. Sheesh! Like the flippin tropics. Still, we know it won't last so let's enjoy it while we can.

Two more runs! Eeek!!!!!!!!!!! Take it steady, no dramas!

  • Thanks everyone,

For your kind comments and much needed encouragement, I'm getting a bit nervous now I'm running w9r2 tonight and so want to make it. The weather is beautiful and very hot already in London so it's ideal temperature for me.

I definitely will let everyone know how I got on.

Enjoy your day all of you. xx :)
