That's it then. Wk9.3 done. So I suppose I've graduated. Did the local parkrun which I've done 5 times before. To make sure I ran for 30 mins I did a 5 min warm up run just before parkrun start. Then continued with the run. Still waiting for the official parkrun time but my stopwatch time was 25mins 35 secs. So ran for 30 mins and covered 5.8k. It was cold and quite windy so quite pleased with the time. I'm going to continue to do Parkrun every week and run with the Wife who is on week 3 next week. I would like to thank everyone on this forum who has encouraged me and offered advice. The programme really does work. Now to get the title GRADUATE next to my user name.

Well done. I graduated yesterday feeling really pleased with myself. Got myself a running partner too. We will be going before work twice a week. Got myself an office job so need to keep moving now. Letβs keep it up πββοΈπββοΈ
Well done to you too. Have you got a parkrun local to you cos I reccommend giving it a go if you haven't already. It's fantastic free and friendly. Hope you enjoy many years of running
Congratulations! ππββοΈππ₯³
I was thinking of you this morningwilling you on! I hope you are chuffed to bits with your progress. Well done
Oh thanks. It was a tough one in the cold and wind and I wasn't feeling 100%. Tight calf muscle now so ice pack on. Really pleased to have graduated now though. Couple of days rest now I think. All the best with your future running
