W9R1 done, just 2 to go until I graduate!! I live close to a long hill, usually I plan my route to avoid it as physiologically it had overwhelmed me. Today I threw caution to the wind and with my new found self belief thought “in for a penny, in for a pound” and ended my last couple of minutes of my 30 running up it 🙌🏻 Chuffed to bits, that hill will not phase me again !! Feeling jubilant!!
