W8R3 ... feels aaa-mazing πŸ˜„

I had an 8wk illness (followed by apathy) break after W7 & started back on W8 this week. Run 1 went unbelievably well. Run 2 was close to being my first fail, I was all over the place in the last 5mins. Having received helpful advice on this forum, I took 2 day’s rest before doing Run 3 today.

IT WAS FAB! It was so fab, I extended it to 30mins. The last 2 minutes made a big difference and pushed me to the limit but I like that feeling.

I’ve had very few sessions on this programme where I’ve felt comfortable and never had two good ones in a row so I’m expecting an up and down journey to that podium next week.
