My first 5K after injury

Over the past month I’ve been gradually increasing my distance after my Achilles’ tendon injury. Today I ran my first 5K post injury. I’m so happy. I love running. 😊

It’s taken a month to get back into it. Gradually increasing the distance. The conditions were good, my body felt good. I’m so happy, I haven’t stopped smiling
