Really enjoyed this run yesterday i know it says to take a break before next run - but i want to do another today. Should i?

No, no, no! That's a no no! Rest days are as important as run days. It's when the muscles repair tiny microtears and rebuild stronger which in turn enables you to run further next time. Failure to take rest days leads to fatigue and injury. You're doing great, stick to the plan

What Steve said! Rest days are not for running... find another workout to do, there’s lots of choices!
