Yay just done the first run of wk2 and feel great. It was again easier that I had anticipated. Hopefully this will continue. I slowed the running down to really not a lot faster that the brisk walk but it makes it easier and building my confidence. There is plenty time to speed up.

There sure is! The programme is not all as easy as week 1 and 2, it does get progressively harder, but then joy of joys, it eases off a bit. Or maybe we just feel it does as we've got fitter over the 8 weeks before graduating in week 9
Going very slowly is the key to this. If you run nice and slowly you don't get exhausted, out of puff and demoralised.
Good luck with week 3. You can do it!
