Thought I’d post before I did this... No alcohol Sat/sun and rest day Sunday.

Porridge and half banana for breakfast coffee and pint of water.

Fearing this run ... I sometimes feel 5mins isn’t enough to warm up ? Anyone else feel the same?

Sad to hear Michael Johnson C25K coach had a stroke ... but thankfully making a good recovery ie he didn’t drink smoke and was probably the fittest man in the world !

Well run on treadmill at 11am just have to remember not to push it will keep treadmill at 0.5 incline and 8.4kph ..... wish me luck 😀
