Since I struggled to finish W5R3 in one go, I am repeating week 5.
I did run 1 yesterday on the trusty treadmill.
This time, I reduced the speed further.
I am feeling much more confident about run 3 already.
Looking forward to run 2 and run 3

Out of curiousity, what speeds are are doing on the treadmill?
I graduated in March having done all 9 weeks on the treadmill in our works gym.
Transition to outdoors can be a shock to some people so I sympathise with you.

I am doing 4.5 KM/H speed for walking and 5.5 KM/H for running.
Going outdoors is like going from swimming in a pool to swimming in a river! Or the ocean!
