Was partially dreading this as the first longish run especially as after w2r3 I pulled a muscle in my calf and came down with a cold which took me out for two weeks. I eased my self back by doing w1 run then two w2 to get back in.
Was surprised I only had 4 runs though so after the 4th I felt I could have gone on so that’s encouraging! Good tip about keeping your head still so I’ll work on that Thursday.
