Well completed the first run on week 3 and got the head down, music on and powered through it. Was a little tougher near the end but feel great for not stopping and pushing through. Can't wait to get out and do it again. Was raining heavily tonight too but quite enjoyed it. The rain kept me cool. Been reading through the posts and the encouragement from other members is fantastic. For the guys and gals just starting out keep at it.

Great keep going . Isn't it funny that feeling of can't wait to run again I've noticed that as well 😊😊

I love this post.
Great run... great mental strength... embrace the weather and find the positives... job done... and then encourage those following in your footsteps... that’s what this place is all about!
Enjoy that next run.

I did W5R2 today, I had to dig deep but did it! 'Mind over matter' and 'slow and steady' are the mantras I've picked up on this fantastic forum and it definitely works for me. Good luck for the next run.
