I did it! The gremlins from last week stayed away and I've got a good sweat on but I am sooo pleased with myself.
I was looking forward to this run but at the same time kept doubting myself, when I put my running gear on and headed out the door the doubts vanished and I did it!

Well done!! I was ment to be starting the same run today but have had to put it off, pulled my back and chest at work over the weekend. Im gutted was really looking forward to getting out (which is a worry lol)
I enjoyed this one more than the others, it was a great feeling when Jo told me I could stop, not because I wanted to stop (I did) but because I'd actually done.
Your probably wise to rest if you've pulled something, but I can honestly say when you have done it, you WILL feel great!
Thanks Oldfloss, I have to say though, without the advice I have received from your good self and the other graduates on here I would of continued at an unsustainable pace and wouldn't of managed today.
So again, thanks to you and everybody else who have continually told me to slow down. For the first time in a long time I actually look forward to something other than food, and that wouldn't of happened without the amazing people on here.
You and me together girl. Keep bagging those runs. I'm up for W3R2 on Wednesday also. Can't believe I did it....and I can still breathe.✋🏻👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️👏🏼We are the Week Three Warriors 🌟🌟Shining all the way to Friday, and beyond😀
Brilliant! I joined you all on W3R1 today and really enjoyed it! Also looking forward to my next run on Wednesday, hoping it goes as well as today did. We can totally do this! 👍👍👍
