W3R1 in the bag!

I did it! The gremlins from last week stayed away and I've got a good sweat on but I am sooo pleased with myself.

I was looking forward to this run but at the same time kept doubting myself, when I put my running gear on and headed out the door the doubts vanished and I did it!

I enjoyed this one more than the others, it was a great feeling when Jo told me I could stop, not because I wanted to stop (I did) but because I'd actually done.

Your probably wise to rest if you've pulled something, but I can honestly say when you have done it, you WILL feel great!

It's a great feeling I was dreading the 3mins today but it's good easing our way into it. Well done

Very well done... just slow and steady :)

Thanks Oldfloss, I have to say though, without the advice I have received from your good self and the other graduates on here I would of continued at an unsustainable pace and wouldn't of managed today.

So again, thanks to you and everybody else who have continually told me to slow down. For the first time in a long time I actually look forward to something other than food, and that wouldn't of happened without the amazing people on here.

Well done us!! Same again Wednesday?

Seriously though, how good is the feeling, knowing you've tripled the run time you started on?

I feel great and am looking forward to the next one.

See you out there 😊
