That last one was a right bugger. Thought of another 3 mins is concerning. Previous two in this block were not too bad. Ahh well have earned a beer tonight 😄

Good job. Nice and slow and you’ll not notice the difference to 28. Enjoy the beer later.

It is probably the cumulative effect of the longer runs. They will strengthen your legs in the end, but not necessarily in sync with the C25k programme. Slowing down a bit to get you through the programme makes sense.👍

You can do this. Those extra 3 minutes go by so quickly you won't notice.
