I can't wait for the next 2 weeks to finish and then to consolidate!

Running 25 minutes? I could not run the length of myself just 7 weeks ago.

Looking forward to week 8 :-)

Well Done!

It's great to see it coming together - and Weeks 8 and 9 are just a slight extension of W7, so it should all be plain-sailing from here.

Good work - and Happy Running!

Thanks Cath.

I am feeling good.

It is the feeling of someone who has learnt to swim in the pool but the open water is in sight.

So happy but, apprehensive.

I am using mapometer to create a 4K flat track near where I live - one that can be easily expanded to 5K once I am ready.

I am looking forward to going outside and running.

Thanks Mentor Poppy :-)

The run is starting at 11 AM. However, given the weather in Glasgow, I am keeping my fingers crossed. xxx
