I can’t believe how much I am enjoying this programme after many false starts elsewhere. Normally I am the typical “all the gear no idea” person 😂 decide to run and spend a fortune buying essential gear ( who am I kidding 🤷🏼‍♀️) and that’s as far as I got but this times feels different.

I am restless on rest days because I want to run and so excited when I wake up on run day. I had a bad first run but think it was because I was listening to music - I know it works for lots of people but not me. I just like to go staring into the middle distance. It’s so peaceful.
