W2R1 done!

I was nervous about starting Week 2 and as yesterday was my run day the little devil on my shoulder was telling me 'just take another rest day you've earned it' but I told myself it was only half an hour and there were only 5 running sections.

I took it a lot slower that I had with any of my Week 1 runs but I completed it and the sense of achievement at the end was wonderful.

Now I've got that rest day itch and can't wait to do my second run tomorrow!

Great job all round. Gremlins beaten, lower once found, first step up done, learning tested... there’s a few victories in there. Well done, enjoy tomorrow’s

Thank you! Little gremlins still like to make their voices heard but it's getting much easier to drown them out now.

Cool... the more you prove them wrong the quieter they become.

Well done for ditching the gremlins! I think each new week is a bit scary! I’m heading into week 4 but loved the first 3. We’ll see how week 4 goes 👍

Thank you! It can be tough to ignore them but when you do it gets easier each time. Best of luck for week 4!
