I’m on a total high right now. Just back from my first ever 5K. I started this journey in April and thought I might manage to at least stay off the couch but never run for 30 minutes without stopping. I managed that in July when I graduated. It’s taken a while to build up to it but this morning I have run 5 k in 37 minutes! I am absolutely delighted.

So anyone out there just starting their journey, if I can do it at 64, you can do it.

Thanks for all the wonderful advice and encouragement that is on here, it’s helped me all the way. 😄
