Finished week 6 this morning - toxic 10 was awful but as soon as my breathing settled and my legs realised what was happening it all came together 🎉
Can’t believe that I can now run for 25 minutes, never thought I’d be able to achieve this-looking forward to consolidating these runs before moving on to week 8 😊
