Don't know if it's mental, but I am struggling. So elated after doing the 20 min run with fuel in the tank, wasn't expecting it to be so hard this week.Legs heavy, breathless, really struggled with the first 2 runs. Think I have a cold starting and it was really cold so maybe that was a factor.I am having 2 days rest and am going to repeat week 6. May even go back to week 5 if I continue to struggle. Fingers crossed.

W6R1 is the longest workout to date and W5R3 can falsely boost confidence. Many find it a tough week, so slug it out. Well done so far.
If you are coming down with a cold that can impact hugely on performance and enjoyment....... just take it easy.
Hey RubyTiger, I really feel for you... Wk6 almost broke me! This amazing group lifted me up & encouraged me to carry on! You can certainly do it! 💪 you’ve worked so hard & done all the training, take the next run incredibly slow & steady, Take the extra rest days... take a few, if you feel you need them, especially if you have a cold. Keep with the plan, you’ve had a couple of tricky runs... but you’ve got through them & that shows strength 🙌💪 When you’re ready get back out there take it really easy... get your favourite tunes on & try not to think too much... R3 will be done before you know it & you can kiss goodbye to wk6 & say Hello to wk7! You’ve done amazing things so far! Keep going! 🤩🙌💪👌
